By using Nicewriters and its services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our Service

Nicewriters provides AI-assisted content writing tools, including templates for blog, marketing, social media, e-commerce and business content, as well as article writing packages. The plans and packages available are listed on our pricing page.

3. Ordering & Account Access

After your payment is confirmed, we manually set up your account and send your login credentials to your email address within the time stated in our Delivery Policy.

Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials or resell access to your account.

4. Payments

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) as shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (card and PayPal). We do not store your card details.

5. Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access to paid plan features ends at the end of the current billing period.

Word limits reset each month. Unused words do not roll over to the next month.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service to:

• Submit content as your own academic work where this is prohibited (for example essays, assignments or exams)
• Create fake reviews, testimonials or misleading endorsements
• Produce illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexual or adult content
• Send spam or carry out phishing
• Infringe other people's copyright or trademarks
• Impersonate any person or business

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content is generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and fact-checking it before use.

Content produced by the service is not medical, legal or financial advice.

9. Ownership

Once paid for, you own the content you generate with the service or that we deliver to you.

We keep ownership of the Nicewriters platform, software, templates and branding.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
